T-Pay

T-Pay (T-Pay LLC, Bishkek, 93 Panfilov St.) is one of the newest licensees in the Kyrgyz payment market. The Ministry of Justice registered the legal entity on August 14, 2024, and it received its National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic licenses—as a payment system operator and payment organization—in October 2024. Product: a wallet for everyday finances, instant peer-to-peer transfers, and QR code payments.
