The product line includes OSAGO, CASCO Plus, travel medical insurance, corporate insurance, and reinsurance. Over more than 15 years, the company grew from a small insurer into a market leader in Tajikistan and is one of the largest by authorized capital (87.7 million somoni). The company operates internationally and collaborates with global reinsurance partners: Allianz, AXA, Mapfre, GIC Re, Liberty Mutual, SAVA, DOHA, STARR, and Class Assistance. Headquartered in Dushanbe (18 Istaravshan St.), it operates the 7979 call center.

- May 4, 2022MilestoneDue to the change in name and location of the insurance and reinsurance organization ООО Спитамен Суғурта, the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan reissued the licenses to ООО СПО Спитамен Иншуренс under resolution No. 50: for insurance activities until November 19, 2025, and for reinsurance activities until September 21, 2026.
- September 21, 2021MilestoneThe Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan issued a license to LLC Spitamen Sugurta under resolution No. 140; it later became invalid upon re-registration to LLC JVI Spitamen Insurance.
