About the company
Paylov offers card-to-card transfers, utility payments, bank-free loan repayments, instant online service payments, and expense analytics for Uzcard and Humo cards. Alongside the consumer app, a separate Paylov Business version exists for entrepreneurs. Octagram owns the service. Paylov partners with the Humans operator ecosystem. In late 2025 and early 2026, an incident occurred involving Paylov: according to Humans, a vulnerability in Paylov's infrastructure led to the theft of around 7 billion soums from over 2,000 users. The Humans contact center received 825 complaints, and materials were handed over to law enforcement. The app is available on Google Play and the App Store.
