МПО (LLC Международный платежный оператор, Bishkek, 42/2 Isanov St.) is a Kyrgyzstan payment organization licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. It provides banks and merchants with a full acquiring stack. The product includes internet acquiring for Visa, Mastercard, МИР, and Элкарт, payment acceptance via the Russian СБП, merchant acquiring and QR, soft-POS terminals, and an e-wallet service with virtual card issuance. Clients include banks, payment organizations, marketplaces, and retail.
