Korti Milli is Tajikistan's national payment system.
It is operated by the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan Amonatbank (105 Rudaki Ave., Dushanbe) under payment system operator license ONP No. 00038, issued by the National Bank of Tajikistan on July 2, 2026. The system has been operating since 2018, with its license renewed. It is the country's only national card scheme—a Tajik equivalent to Uzbekistan's Uzcard and Humo, Kyrgyzstan's Elkart, and Azerbaijan's MilliKart. It processes domestic card settlements independently of international payment systems.
